Spread The love of robotics

Fun

is what robotics is about

Welcome to Team 4209's website.  We are a non-profit organization whose mission is to educate the community's youth and promote a passion for science and technology while instilling values such as teamwork and professionalism.  Our members promote these goals through community service activities, technology camps, and participation in FIRST FRC Robotics competitions.

TigerBytes Team 4209 is a growing team that is entering its fourth year as part of the FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) founded by Dean Kamen, a prominent advocate of science and technology.

Every dollar donated to Team 4209 goes to funding our team's robot, tools, community service initiatives, and outreach projects.

Outreach Projects

Our Mission

Our outreach initiative is to promote the love of robotics in the younger generation.  With that in mind, Tigerbytes Team 4209 is proud to sponsor the Tigerbits FLL Team 13563!

To educate the community's youth and promote a passion for science and technology while instilling values such as teamwork and gracious professionalism.

FIRST Team 4209 Tigerbytes welcomes students in grades 8-12 from any school in the Greater Baton Rouge Area!  Our build season starts the beginning of January and ends the middle of February.  After the build season, time is spent from mid-February-March working on additional robot parts.  We meet everyday from around 3-8 pm January-March.
